RMRRF 2025

RMRRF 2025

Hey all!

This week we are busily preparing for RMRRF, making sure we have the latest in stickers, some cool prints, and a couple of 3d printers, (of course). As we prepare for yet another amazing event, we can’t help but thinks of our last two RMRRF experiences.

RMRRF 2023: A Show of Firsts

We visited Colorado for the very first time. We were so excited to get a glimpse of the Rocky Mountains. Sadly, we had to wait until morning, because we arrived LATE Thursday night!

That year, our booth was next to Tensor3d, and those folks are the absolute best. SO kind, so nice to talk to, and all-around good neighbors.

Luke and I had a little bit of free time before setup on Friday, so we opted to walk through the Chapungu Sculpture Park at Centerra. I highly recommend it. Some of these art pieces brought me literally to tears – they are universally human, and so beautiful. Luke isn’t usually an “art person” and he also really enjoyed this beautiful garden. If you have time, definitely check it out. I am hoping we will have time to walk it again this year.

As a parent, this is one of the pieces that particularly spoke to me. All of us need comfort at times, and there is something really raw and human about changing from the comforted, to the comforter.

RMRRF 2024:

After a 16+ hour trek, we arrived to Colorado tired, but happy. You see, that Spring was an extremely busy (and GOOD) time for us.

The Chube Hotend made its first in-person debut! Quite a few of you picked up first-batch Chube hotends in Loveland, after waiting so patiently for our first full production run. The excitement (and exhaustion) is something we will never forget. This community is extremely supportive, and we are thankful to be part of it.

RMRRF 2025: A Pik(a) into Hotends to Come

Much like last year, Luke’s Laboratory is bringing along a new hotend! This hotend is *slightly* chubeular, taking some of our favorite hotends best attributes, but applying them in a Bambu-friendly format.

If you haven’t heard, this hotend is called Pika! The Pika is an adorable creature that actually resides in Colorado, and we are so excited to take it “home.”

We’ll have our prototype printing away at our booth, and are bringing along some of our favorite Pika prints to show off.

Please come say hello, we even have some extra-special stickers for our backers!
