Good day everyone!
Although you've had some updates from Luke, I realized that it has been nearly a month since you've heard from me, your Assembler and Packer (haha, Green Bay Packers Joke!) in Chief. :)
Assembly has been going well, and I am happy to say that I have built and shipped slightly over 50% of all Chube Compacts that are "spoken for." This number represents both direct sales, as well as sales to and through our approved vendors.

We just finished shipping direct Luke's Laboratory Compact orders through the end of November. Most vendors have received all of their Chube Compacts, and those with larger orders will continue to receive batches as quickly as I can build and ship them, as close to in line with our own orders as we reasonably can.

In order to assemble these so relatively quickly (yes, production took a long time, but once I had the parts, I have truly been assembling fast!!!) I have been taking a lot of parts home with me at night to put together.

While assembling all of these hotends, my work areas have become an outright mess. I am currently reorganizing my work spaces so that any parts I may have QC'd out don't get mixed back in with approved parts by mistake.
I have also built through all of the Compact block assemblies (heatblock-Chalice-interposer) that were preassembled. We will need to build more of these block assemblies before I continue with "main" assembly. The reason we do a large batch of these all at once, is that these steps are far more intricate and require me to be at the lab to complete them.
Here is what I mean by block assembly, minus that nozzle:

Heatbreak installation:
This step utilizes equipment I cannot easily bring home with me, and I usually do a couple hours of assembly at home per night, after my kids go to bed.
True story, a couple weeks ago I tried to move one of those huge vice things off a lower shelf, to move onto the assembly table, and I physically could not fully lift it...

Interposer installation:
The interposer installation uses the same equipment!

Chube Compact shrouds:
We have more than enough on hand, and they are all machined! But I have built through all of them that have been fully post-processed, and need to do more.
Here are some that I took home to sort as well as put together with heatsinks last month:

Tubing the Chubes:
I have read that a lot of folks are surprised that I can fit all of those wires into the Chube Tubes so neatly!! Well, here is how:

Assembly Guides:
We have both full and partial assembly guides for Chube Compact, please check them out here:

We also are working through fulfillment of several of our other backordered products, as we simultaneously got in all of our backordered items and have been working through fulfillment!
We also completed as of yesterday every single pika kickstarter that we could, combined with all of our Pika week orders!
