Tungsten Carbide (TC) V6 Nozzle

Been using the bi-metal 0.4mm CHT for 300-400hrs of printing. Finally got it dialed in with different PETG / PCTG / PC filament brands after months of calibration testing and printing test parts. I use a custom printer so no built in profiles. Quality was good but not perfect with my hardest filament to calibrate (American Filament's Black PCTG -- printing matte).

Decided to switch to Luke's Lab 0.4 tungsten carbide AlTiSiN and after 10hrs of printing, it's near flawless with the same print settings (which are dialed in) and this Black PCTG. Plus I've so far had 0 stringing mid-print, almost 0 stick to the nozzle, and 0 surface defects. So far it seems fantastic.

Nozzle produces incredibly clean lines and could not be happier with the results. The best tungsten nozzles I've ever had experience with. Side note, the 0.5mm are worth checking out if you've only used 0.4mm, 0.6mm or 0.8mm before.

No matter the filament, it handles it (PLA, PETG, ABS-GF, PCCF). Crash into the build plate? Bummer for the build plate :) This nozzle is tough and flows well. Even under the microscope it still looks great after 200+ hours of printing.
