SLM HUG bracket for mounting LGX Pro and Pro Metal

This SLM mounting bracket allows you to integrate LGX Pro and Pro Metal onto several toolheads, including:

• Stablebot Toohead
• Takeoff Toolhead (only with top plate B or Purrfect B)
• Calamity toolhead
• A community member's Ratrig toolhead mod

This bracket has the same mounting pattern as the A3DP FXD extruder.
