Fantastic filament if you have the right printer

Apologies to all the Bambu users with printers that can't hit 350C and don't have actively heated chambers. As long as your printer meets that criteria and has an abrasion resistant nozzle like the Diamondback in my QIDI Max3, this filament is a piece of cake to print. It's actually a real pleasure.

The only caution is to make sure to add a thin layer of glue for separation, as the PPS-CF has a tendency to overbond to the PEI build plate.

All of the printed parts that are subject to heat or load or both in my RatRig V-CORE4 are printed in this. That's really most of the parts of the printer, to be honest. Additionally, the RatRig has a 1 KW active heater, fully printed in roughly 750 g of this PPS-CF.

What may be considered overkill by some, is merely good, conservative safety practice, and not having to ever worry about the heater ever getting melty.

I typically run it at 335° C, with a 110C build plate, and 65C chamber. Parts come out flat, and are dimensionally accurate.

    Good Stuff

This moment, this is cheapest high quality PPS-CF around in the US with shipping. Prints easy; prep/post work is all the work as is typical with fancy materials. If you can dry it appropriately, you should keep a spool stocked. It's a cheat code.
