Jupiter Toolboard

This project is currently paused, due to the current sourcing difficulties electronic components are facing. We are hopeful that we will be able to continue testing Jupiter in the future.

Introducing a new high power usb toolboard intended for professional and high-temperature, or high flow users looking to get the most out of their 3d printer!

• 48v Compatible (supports 24-48v)
  
• 5160 stepper, targeted for extruders requiring less than 2A
  
• 3x 4pin 12v fan headers, independently controllable each with tachometer and dedicated PWM support
  
• 2x thermistor with 2.2k pullups
  
• 3x onboard thermistors for direct temperature monitoring of the board in key areas
• 2x switch ports
• High temperature connectors (sherlock and nanofit)
• Beacon port onboard
  
• Beacon Condom integrated for extreme temperatures
• Pass-thru USB enables single-connector to toolhead for easy setup and maintenance
• MOSFET for powering off beacon when using non-critical MCU
• Step, DIR, and EN breakout with extra "alarm" pin input
  
• Designed for 100c ambient environments
  
• 2x heater ports capable of over 8a output
  
• 6 layer pcb with large exposed copper pads for heat dissipation, single-sided assembly for better heatsink access if desired
• Lone button for macros
  

Jupiter will also come with an option for a "moon" daughterboard that will make it easy to use!

• Powered USB hub with 7 total ports (2x ports used per Jupiter, Jumpers/dip switches will allow 2nd Jupiter to toggle on/off
  
• Up to 48v fused VIN inlet supporting 2x jupiters
• Remaining USB A out ports will be useful in connecting remainder of USB accessories (camera, other MCU's)
